Roles and Responsibilities Should be well versed with GSD/SAM/SMV/running production line efficiently as per confirmed SAM/SMV and meeting targets/minimal rejections Should be from a well-reputed export house with at least 5-10 years of experience the in IE area Work with vendors to ensure high efficiency and low wastage in cutting, printing, embroidery, stitching, and finishing packing Candidate should have sound knowledge of SAM calculation / Average calculation of Trim's requirement in a particular style Work with vendors to ensure high-efficiency wastage in cutting, printing, embroidery, stitching, and finishing packing Should be able to work with the internal Product development team and suggest ways to reduce the cost by changing construction etc Should have knowledge of all product categories - Both Knits and woven Should have good communication skills and the ability to present, and prepare reports for management.
