1. Regulatory Compliances
2. Contractual Compliances
3. Process Controls

• Create a strategy for preventingviolations of regulatory compliances, contractual compliances, process controls
• Evaluate the efficiency of controls
• Identify risks or non-conformity issues
• Identify compliance issues and necessary training

Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications

• Graduate in Law
• Knowledge and understanding of the industry&rsquos regulations and best practice
• Previous working experience as compliance manager for minimum (4) years
• Professionalism and high ethical standard are expected for this position
• You also must be result driven
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Critical-thinker and problem-solver
• Exposure to Treaty and Fac Reinsurance
