Documenting the data sources and tables for C360 attributes Consolidating the feedback of different source systems/application SMEs Performing ad hoc analysis (via scripting or Excel) to investigate the impact of choosing one data source over another Reconciling value and contents from different source systems to help assess and recommend the 'best' data source Documenting and recommending a hierarchy when rationalizing data from multiple sources Familiarity with Fuzzy Logic and experience in MDM preferred Consolidates and maps the requirements across LOBs (SLOCPI, SLGFI, SLAMCI) and functions (L&H, MF) for Client Authoring Documents the recommended controls (front-end apps, process related) to prevent DQ issues at point of entry Conducts analysis to link Data Quality initiatives to NB Client Authoring & Consolidation Monitors the impact to newly onboarded clients and consolidation once recommendations are implemented Documents data flows in relation to 'to-be' processes across different channels Familiarity with Fuzzy Logic and experience in MDM preferred Conducts analysis to link Client Consolidation to Data Quality improvements Simulates different business rules/scenarios for consolidating Client Records (via scripting or 360) Assess the impact of proposed business rules to the Servicing Team and existing client base Shares requirements to IT for possible automation or enhancements Documents data flows in relation to 'to-be' processes for consolidation Familiarity with Fuzzy Logic and experience in MDM preferred Experience with C360 DAAS and 'Address Doctor' Able to map variances and reconcile reference data across source systems and LOBs Assess the impact of updating LOVs to existing and new applications/clients Documents and maintains version control once LOVs are implemented Simulates different data profiling rules to data quality Analyzes the impact of proposed and implemented data fixes (IT and Non-IT) Documents business requirements for possible source system enhancements, preventive fixes, and other DQ initiatives
