• Supervision of multi trades, direct and indirect labour, as well as monitoring Specialist Subcontractors
• Setting and monitoring production targets against programme on a daily and weekly basis, making changes and adjustments where required to meet programme
• Party to, and involved in the production of Method Statements and risk assessments for up and coming workload, and ensuring compliance
• Materials Procurement monitored in line with programme to ensure materials on site to meet stated programme
• Ideally knowledge of Offsite Manufacturing and Pre-fabricated elements with regards to POD's, Dry & Wet risers, Corridor units, Plant Rooms, and Kitchens etc.
  
  Awareness of how those elements are integrated into the overall programme, monitoring of offsite fabrication and delivery Involved in the placement at the appropriate time in the construction process
• Compliance with Quality & Safety standards Industry and specific site based requirements
• Holding daily and weekly programme meetings with direct / indirect and subcontractors
• Ability to understand cost and value of the works against progress in simple terms
• Personable and able to communicate with up and down the management chain
