Job Summary National Lead - PL - Card Job Purpose Head the team for building PL Card product and to acquire & manage the PL Card portfolio Primary responsibilities include developing product, capabilities & driving campaigns for customers acquisition and managing risk of portfolio effectively to ensure generation of risk adjusted returns for PL Card Job Duties & Key Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities - 1.

Product Management Build the PL Card proposition viz features pricing rewards usage etc with complete E2E process ownership Recommend guidelines for managing customer interaction and implementing the same to ensure best in class customer servicing .

Design rewards program for PL Card customers Manage the policy for PL Card program to ensure risk metrics are as per defined thresholds Create challenger programs for targeting new customer segments Funnel Monitoring 2 Building PL Card platform .

Create the platform for PL Card acquisition & card/portfolio management Design customer journeys for PL card onboarding as well as conversion to PL System design & requirements specifications based on product proposition Identify new capabilities which can be integrated viz E-KYC AA EPFO E-mandate etc .

Monitoring of Tech Ops KPI for platform Identify growth opportunities for PL Card business and to leverage PL card platform effectively Develop product features to enhance customer acquisition/ usage of PL card 3 Customer Acquisition Design campaigns to acquire new customers as well manage drop offs thru re-targeting .

Conceptualize and create capabilities (leveraging technology) in collaboration with partnersto increase ease of using PL card Digital campaigns to drive traffic using SEM & Social Media Mktg Framework creation for content marketing Recommend guidelines for managing customer interaction and implementing the same to ensure best in class customer servicing 4 Portfolio management .

Create strategies with risk team about customer segments to target campaigns/ offers to be driven to ensure acquisition and retention of desired customers across business segments Design critical campaigns in collaboration with Analytics team and develop rules to drive/ execute designed campaigns Drive conversion of PL Card 2 Personal Loan Continuously work with Horizontal team on Data Enrichment Line management for PL Card portfolio .

Design & manage the renewal program Identify Cross Sell opportunities Review risk involved in various processes/ operations of business and design solutions/ recommend changes in risk matrix to ensure generation of risk adjusted returns for BFL through effective risk management 5 Operational review Review business performance against defined targets regularly and design action plans to course correct in case of deviations in achieved targets against planned targets .

Discuss various business decisions and provide justification/ rational to concerned stakeholders and superior 6 Team development Build the team for PL Card Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance of the team Engage with team leaders to identify training needs of teams managed and design appropriate trainings and developmental interventions for team members to enhance their functional knowledge and productivity .

Major Challenges - Deliver PL card business objective while managing risk efficiently Manage relationship with other stakeholders to ensure they provide required support to PL card business Requirement of specialized talent in PL card business makes it critical to engage and retain the talent Newness of business vertical requires investment in development and management of talent to build the team .
