• Risk reportingis the process of distributing information and analysis to internal Stakeholders, focused on the disclosure ofrisk Risk reportingplays an importantrolefor the Stakeholders in assessing and managing the riskprofile of the company
• Risk reporting can be majorly classified into two broad buckets: Financial Risk reporting and Non-Financial Risk reporting
• The current position is in the realm of Non-Financial Risk reporting and will cover information collation, analysis and distribution of data pertaining to Operational Risk, Technology Risk, and Compliance Risk

• Global Non-Financial Risk Reporting Services engages with internal State Street Stakeholders, providing innovative solutions to reporting requirements.
  
  The team is based out of our India and Poland offices and operates at a truly global level Through leveraging technology tools, the team synthe data and present results with appropriate business insight/context in writing and orally to senior management and global stakeholders
• It is a role which requires strong inter-personal skills, high levels of exceptional Stakeholder communication and engagement
• The team will be responsible to maintain and improve existing reporting and analytics infrastructure using various tools, methodologies and continuously monitoring the Non-Financial Risk profile of the firm

• Production of risk reports for internal Stakeholders.
  
  The Risk diciplines are Operational Risk and Compliance Risks
• Learning State Street's risk policies to understand the risk reporting requirments
• Presentation and discussion of risk reports with risk professionals, including following up on queries
• Standardisation of reports and creating efficiency in the production process though the use of automation and other technology tools
• Development of processes to improve quality and reduce cycle time.
  
  

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of personnel across the organization, including senior executives
• Strong presentation skills - ability to create and deliver clear, well-structured presentations appropriate to the audience
• Good excel skills and adapting to source systems in State Street
• Strong analytical skills Should have strong data analysis and data interpretation skills.
  
  
• Ability to understand and collect requirements from Stakeholders
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting business requirements to identify technical solutions
