• Minimum 8 yrs of experience and Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus professional certificates IT Professional performing as independent contributor that participates in functions such as design, development, and implementation of application systems
• Extensive knowledge and coding experience with People Code/People Tools, Peoplesoft Application Designer, SQR, and App Package
• Advanced understanding of PeopleSoft Personnel Administration and Compensation modules Configuration of complex benefits administration rules (including eligibility rules).
  
  

• Coding of new functionality
• Code modification
• Debugging, troubleshooting and applying code fixes
• SQL / Oracle database programming
• Advanced knowledge of Peoplesoft HR table infrastructure and Peoplesoft Workflow
• Extensive knowledge of Peoplesoft Benefit Administration Module and configuration of complex benefit rules

• Motivated, self-starter with great interpersonal skills to work with distributed teams.
  
  
• Strong attention to details, quality and testing
• Able to work in high pressure situations and tight schedules, while quickly producing excellent solutions to problems and production issues
• Able to work independently and deliver timely results
• The resource is to be based in India and available to work during Washington DC work hours for at least half of the day
