About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an Operational Risk SpecialistIn this role, you will:

• Extracting RCSA RAU Challenge and Evidence of Review files for completeness and uploading to SHRP.
  
  Populating Evidence of Review forms with Challenge references Tracking Risk Type Team (RTT) responses to RAU Operational Risk Questionnaires (ORQ) Generating reporting and distributing reporting on ORQ tracking Validate if IRM Breakout session meeting notes have been uploaded for each RAU that has completed execution Submitting RCSA SHRP access requests for Independent Risk Management (IRM) resources.
  
  Reconciling Front Line ORQ responses against risks captured in RAU Assessments in Service Now (SNOW)
• Manage the development, implementation, and monitoring of a risk-based program for a business or large functional area with moderate to high risk to identify, assess and mitigate operational risk that arises from inadequate or failed internal processes, people, systems, or external events
• Maintain a balance between risk mitigation and operational efficiency
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, systems and internal controls
• Provide operational risk expertise and consulting for projects and initiatives with moderate to high risk
• Analyze business and system changes to determine impact
• Assess operational risk issues and assign risk ratings consistent with established policy standards
• Develop testing strategies and methodologies
• Provide oversight to an operational risk program
• Consult with the business to develop corrective action plans and effectively manage change
• Identify training opportunities
• Design and coordinate the development of training materials and deliver training
• Report findings and draft recommendations to mitigate risk to operational risk and business line management
• Coordinate production of periodic operational risk performance reports for more experienced management, including trend research and recommended strategies
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Operational Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Knowledge of RCSA Process Proficiency with excel, including use of pivot tables and data stratification Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  
  Base level knowledge of SHRP application
