This is one such role!Job Purpose To provide operational and tactical support to the Global Head P&O Operations Compliance & Controls in the target value stream(s) across identified Global Service Centers (GSCs) in the implementation of Compliance and Control framework, operating model and processes Drive adherence to the governance framework by periodic measure of health of P&O Services operations and implementation effectiveness of the new processes, services and/or continuous improvement initiativesYour key responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to Contribute to the development of a country/regional and global P&O Operations strategy.

Manage the efficient implementation of standards, risks & controls for all P&O Operations aspects (eg services, processes) in close cooperation with the respective Practice Networks, as required Analyze and identify potential design and control improvements (in cooperation with P&O), providing change management support and appropriate communications for the implementation of new services and processes.

Manage and support various P&O Operations projects, trainings and awareness programs, workshops for Compliance matters and in coordination with Practice networks Provide input/feedback to Global Head P&O Operations Compliance & Controls on the adherence to strategic priorities across the target value stream(s)/ GSCs on Compliance focus areas.

Ensure implementation of operational objectives, while continuously driving improvement and innovation across the value streams Drive implementation of the Risk Management framework to identify and mitigate risks emerging out of P&O Operations span of control and conduct periodic review Provide on-going feedback and suggestions to the Compliance Leadership Team (LT) on the implementation progress across identified value streams on the adherence, challenges and areas of improvements by constantly partnering with the Value Streams/CoEs Support the Compliance LT on designing P&O Operations solutions (Process/Technology) by providing timely involvement while testing and documentation.

Drive efforts to embed the Audit Readiness mind-set within the DNA of P&O Operations teams in collaboration with the Compliance Head Support in identification of potential processes and services improvements by closely working with the value streams and provide appropriate change management support as designed Foster partnership with the P&O Operations verticals to embed the Compliance Operating Model by defined governance connect and continuous education Any other accountability as assigned by the Global Head P&O Operations Compliance & Controls.

Diversity & Inclusion / EEO Minimum Requirements What you'll bring to the role: University degree, preferably in law or similar field Experience: Minimum 7+ years, At least min 3+ years experience in a similar role Global Matrix Working, Consultations and Program Managements, Internal/External Audits Exposure as a SPOC or part of Audit team, Training and Stakeholder engagement.
