Job PurposeFinance Partner is responsible for financial planning, performance monitoring, investment analysis and decision support for P&O Operations and Digital Solutions Sandoz Is the strategic thinking partner with deep functional, finance planning and budgeting experience working closely with the P&O Operations and Digital Solutions LT to help drive a strategy to achieve effective operations To implement and to lead high quality, centralized and standardized P&O Operations budget management To lead P&O services organization's journey in achieving suppliers' management budget management within Sandoz.

Your key responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to Support Global P&O Operations Head to oversee across all regions to ensure accurate, and timely P&O Financial process completion in compliance with all international regulations and any applicable national requirements oversees year-end processes Ensure standardization of services and processes in operations during P&O Ops implementations and transitions in the new Sandoz structure and act as process guide in various P&O services and set strategy by initiatives Enhance the effectiveness of tools and supporting processes to drive continuous improvement and change initiatives Build, introduce and audit standard internal critical metrics and Financial Balance Score Card to ensure dedication of operations, implements required mitigation actions based on internal critical metric analysis.

Partner with extended P&O organizations to implement the P&O Services financial strategy across regions, and to ensure a successful setup of operations and continuous improvement in this area Support the regional People and Business Partner organization in driving appropriate consistent budget / PO management across the regions including efforts towards global process standardization while allowing flexibility locally when required Key partner and main governance contact for P&O Services with vendors ensuring effective and efficient management of budget, Invoicing, Purchase Orders and 'Good Receipt' Handles budget and resources allocation for the area of responsibility Conducts regular periodic cost and efficiency analyses to support productivity objectives.

Ensures overall SLA's performance is achieved in co-operation with individual Payroll & Time Services teams Documentation of processes and maintaining Governance trackers Work cross-functionally and within Finance to ensure full alignment for planning and reporting activities.

Lead team of Finance Analysts to ensure smooth run of overall responsibility scopeDiversity & Inclusion / EEO Minimum Requirements What you'll bring to the role HRIS system (SAP or Workday) knowledge and experience preferred but not a must Experience with transformation initiatives and transition projects is a must Experience managing systems' and services vendors.

Multiple country HR regulations knowledge Ability to work effectively across all levels and layers of the organization Work experience in virtual/remote teams preferred Comfortable working in a complex and constantly evolving work environment Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and sound judgement, in addition to high level attention to detail, analysing information, thoroughness, general math and reporting skills is a must.
