, will have a start and end date Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager Introduction:This role is responsible for the day to day Complex Payroll query management for US region The role holder will be expected to follow a range of documented processes end to end or collaborate across the Global HR Teams in order to agree and deliver the right outcome What will you be doing .

Accountable for the US Payroll complex query management as per company policy & standards and legislative procedures and Controls as well Identify and drive improvement to our operational systems and procedures ensuring that we continue to meet the needs of the customer and the business through contribution to operational reviews Ensure effective management of all customer escalations to payroll in line with agreed service levels.

Support operational change and project activity, embedding new operational services or migrating services where appropriate Role Model for Values and in leadership, ensuring operational decisions are based on effective evaluation of risk, cost, resource availability .

Work in partnership with HR Colleagues at all levels - engaging stakeholders and representing HR Operations in new initiatives Manage operation in line with annual operational budget, effectively overseeing the use of additional hours and overtime Participate and contribute towards daily operations sharing workload to ensure seamless delivery of service and responsible for Payroll SLA What we're looking for:.

At least 6 years of relevant work experience in US Payroll operations Clear understanding of US statutory regulations and guidelines that govern US payroll Good understanding of process risks and controls and risks pertaining to Payroll Require strong customer interaction skills .

Experience of HR systems and shaping new procedures and exchanging best practice to improve advisors and customer experience Ability to complete or advise on completion of high volume routine/non-routine tasks and prioritise accordingly Ability to predict, identify and escalate issues for prompt resolution.

Ability to evaluate upstream and downstream impact of actions MS Office Suite (Preferably Excel, Word & PowerPoint)Skills that will help you in the role:.
