1Responsible for payroll processing function effectively within Global Shared Services environment 2Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements 3.

Ensure timeliness and accuracy of payroll processing function in accordance with Service Level Agreement 4Prepare and submit reports, statutory reports in accordance with Service Level Agreement 5Prepare payroll calendar.

6Update shift and new year, public holidays, and annual leave carry over 7Participate in new payroll project implementation 8.

Participate in user acceptance test and Mock Run 9Validate payroll report, preparation of bank file, pay-slip and statutory reports 10Attend to employees and client's payroll queries.

Job Requirements 1Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Finance/Accounting / HR or any other fields 2Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and Korean Language 3Strong Microsoft Excel skills and good interpersonal skills.

4Punctual, responsible to take ownership of job assigned and ready to work under pressure 5Positive attitude, fast learner, independent and good team player
