In this role, you will: Resource Management

• Manage the request process for replacement and incremental hiring for all resource types Works with the team to create a portfolio of role profiles that support the operating model
• Understand the end to end process for all resource types Train exisitng and new hiring managers on the recrutiment process
• Be the point of escalation for issues and be abel to direct the Hiring manager to the correct team/solution Maintain and communicate metrics to hiring managers and management team Recommend and advise on best recrutiment strategy to resource projects for replacements and incremental hires
• Responsible for ensuring data in core systems are consistently updated and reconciled regualary.
  
  Ensure hiring plans are in line with agreed Operaing model, within budget and montiored metrics
• Alongside the technical product managers and PMO leads agree location strategy for hiring and collective apprach to Vendor engagement

Governance & Best practice

• Deploy best practices in given technology for delivery status reporitng, Rag status, milestone tracking and RAID log
• Facilitate and maintaining the risk and issue log for monitoring and escalation Planning and overseeing project and programme delivery status level reporting Maintainance and monitoring of operating model Creation and maintainance of stakeholder matrix
• Provides expertise and best practice on on tools such as Jira and Clairty (timesheet management) Oversee the management of project documentation, process documents and information sources
• Ensure teams Clarity timesheets are timely submitted to the right projects and reduce incorrect billing

Client billing

• Monitor, report and manage budgets and expenditure.
  
  Facilitiate the reforecast every month and ensure timely input into core systems Represent given techonology in the various line of business governance PPM forums
• Reconcile time booked to forecasting, ensure all variances are understood and corrections are processed in a timely manner Responsible for the billing commentary

Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Prior experience managing large portfolios in banking/finance domain
• proven record of process improvement and implementing high governance standards
• Stakeholder management
• Some experience in financial forecast and client billing
• Good problem solving skills
• Self-starter and good communicator
• Experience working with global teams
• Strong networking skills
• Graduate or higher degree
