Plan, manage and maintain all elements of production in factoryCheck the programme daily and produce the elements in a given timeAssist with the fabrication team to make the moulds as per drawing considerationAfter finishing the mould, then to make it clean, buffing and make oil surface If any rough surface in precast elements then it vanish.

Assist with steel fixing to bind the steel structures as per drawing Order the concrete in the batching & make slip for themAfter pouring concrete, make the casting report of submit it to the planning departmentAnalyse the loading plan & de-moulding the elements and shifted to the stockyardOverall accomplishes staff and help labours by communicating.

Planning, monitoring and appraising results perfect production elementsMonitoring and instructing the production engineers to provide casting and clarifying doubts in the drawing And instruct them to coordinate with fab and steel to increase m3 And handling any problem arises in the production department as soon as sort out and clear it And instruct them to give first priority to urgent elements for casting for site Requirements.

And instruct them to demoulde all the elements as per strength achieve for fabrication mould making to increase m3 And Enquiry will be done if the casting and m3 get reduced And Weekly meeting will be conducted in the production departmentDegree :BE(Civil Engineering) /Any degree with building material purchase experience Minimum 5 Years to 20 Years of Experience in the Precast Construction industry Share your resume to hr@ teemageprecast.
