• Apply knowledge of L&AH insurance claims benefits and absence management lifecycle,as well as a day in a life of an insured-agent/broker-MGA-MGU, policy lifecycle, billing, and cash management, reporting, etc.
  
  to understand customer/prospect requirements to ensure sound business solutions design in the sales cycle and pull the 'prospect/customer closer to our solution/offerings or vice-versa'
• Command over end-to-end sales enablement (presales) process
• Responding to RFI, RFP, Proposals
• Preparation for Prospect Demos (Use case set up)
• Documentation such as white papers, product collaterals, presentations, design flows, etc
• Work with sales & presales representative to establish specific proposal plans, work on customer demonstration, coordinate with internal departments
• Ownership of a complete sales pursuit by helping peers and sales lead
• Hands-on with mapping solutions software to generate customer use-cases within a tight timeline
• Develop an in-depth understanding of company's product portfolio, technology architecture, frameworks, tools and be able to manage them with minimal guidance Work as the product expert within pre-sales & provide support and guidance to the team
• Create and deliver demonstrations, presentations, POV and map features/benefits of Majesco's products to prospects' specific needs by engaging with prospects/customers on their needs by clearly understanding (a) the Customer's technical requirements and (b) the need for a system replacement or solution requirement
• Collaborate with multiple teams like Product, Support, Delivery, Operations, Security in responding to RFI/RFPs
• Exchange best practices and share knowledge within pre-sales group and keep up to date with any new solutions from Majesco and relevant functional knowledge
• Provide product and solution feedback from customers

All About You:

• 7 to 10 years' experience in the insurance solution domain (preferably with product-based companies and insurance experience is a plus) with a primary focus on claims benefits and absence management
• Experience in Insurance domain consulting / product development & implementation
• Insurance domain certification is a plus
  1. Respond to RFI/RFP/Proposals
  2. Preparation for a prospect demo for customer use-cases
  3. Adhere to strict timelines from prospect in terms of responding to proposals, preparing for customer demos, handling of customer sandbox / hands on
• Working experience in an IT organization and understanding of product implementation lifecycle and experience in a presales and/or sales role
• Should be customer focused, possess strong presentation skills, build and maintain strong working relationship and be a team player
• Needs to be hands-on with ability to quick learn and use the tools during a customer Proof-of-Concept
• Should be a quick learner, ability to adapt to fast-paced growing team, Adaptability with different departments / teams, etc.
