• Job Responsibilities : 1 Responsible for achieving business outcomes through new businessinitiatives supported by new product/platform deployments Must be ableto align product initiatives to end business goals2 Manage all aspects of product management to bring winning products &capabilities to market faster.
  
  Able to visualize consumer journeys, usecases and document product requirement and experience3 Define and own new capability development, roadmap and backlog end toend for capabilities related to channel partners and end customers (ofmobility, JioFiber, devices)4 Work with Jio UX Design team to create user interfaces and experiencedesigns and seek internal approvals.
  
  5 Collaborate with IT/technology teams, Customer Experience, Deliveryteam, Quality Assurance and Platform Operations to drive decision makingand take new capability to market fast6 Act as an ambassador for the product & experienceinternally/externally, manage cross functional stakeholders and act asthe primary contact for queries related to the product & related issues7.
  
  Identify risks and opportunities for each capability or newinitiative and develop effective risk mitigation plan with correctiveactions8 Analyse product usage/user interaction data points to make productimprovement decisions and adjustments
• Skills & Competencies : 1 Ability to think independently and come up with solutions to businessproblems2.
  
  Product management and new product development process3 Cross functional team and Stakeholder management4 Excellent business analytics, document writing (PRDs andpresentations) and presentation skills5 Past experience in Telecom sector or Direct To Customer Onlinecompanies (not mandatory)
