Position: Production Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical)
Location: Moga(Distt Ludhiana)
Qualification: Degree/Diploma Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 Years in Beverages industry in a plant environment
Job Profile:
1 Set production performance standards
2.

Organize and follow the production plan to provide planned products on time in full
3 Leads problem solving activities for production
4 Coaches line managers and operators in process improvement.


5 Coach and build capabilities of line managers to deliver objectives
6 Manage losses material, analyzing and taking corrective action
7.

Preventive maintenance implementation
8 Working with the quality department to agree on whats needed to meet the quality standards
9 Make sure that all the team members are wearing the required PPEs as well as all safety devices.


10 Applying all safety standards and ensuring that the system is fully applied on line (People Safety, Machines Hazards, etc).
