We employ 1400+ employees on the shopfloor and around 100 engineers and managersAbout the Job Profile: The day-to- day activities would include:

• To plan & make packing operations on the floor to achieve agreed shift targets in volume, quality, output reliability, cost, and safety
• To organize and control labor (operators, technicians and contract) for operations in terms of numbers and skills
• To monitor material consumption and yield and reduce waste level
• Manage the employees on the shop- floor by assigning duties, overseeing their progress, Managing daily schedules & employee's shifts, and time-off requests.
  
  
• Ensure that daily production goals are met
• To drive autonomous maintenance activities on the shop floor
• To support the implementation of best practices such as TPM, HACCP, and all audit recommendations
• To identify skill gaps and organise training for workers
• To continuously improve operations by identifying areas for process development
• To maintain high standards of discipline and minimize organizational loss time
• Ensure that Unilever Safety, Environmental and Quality policies are implemented in the plant.
  
  

Requirements and skills

• Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar role Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in FMCG and managing people
