Role :1 Production Shift Supervisors No of Positions : 03 Experience : 0-2 years in similar field or similar role Qualification : Graduate with science background/Diploma in Mechanical/Diploma in Printing/Diploma in Packaging Skills : Good Communication (Oral & Written), Good Analytical Skills, Brief Responsibilities : a) Production Planning b) Machine Scheduling c) Raw Material Planning d) Ensuring Efficiency and Machine utilization Salary Structure : a) First Three Months (Training Period) : 12,000/- per month b) From Fourth Month (Post Successful Training) : 15,000/- per month at least Additional incentives at the end of every quarter.

c) Candidates with 2 years experience : Salary is negotiable based on their skills Other Requirements : a) Only Male Candidates (Need to Work in Shifts) b) Should be Ready to Work on Public Holidays (If required, OT will be paid)
