Here at Digital Industries, one of the main pillars of Siemens, we are the market leader in industrial automation, supplying technology used in everything from car production to bottling plants, across the world This is an inspiring and dynamic role with focus on Demand Generation activities within the Siemens Digital Industries Communications & Strategic Marketing TeamChange the future with usWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMO professional to join our Strategic Marketing team who will provide support in the DI NXTLVL Sales & Marketing transformation program As a PMO professional, you will work closely with the program manager to ensure the program and selected workstreams run smoothly and meet their objectives.

You will be responsible for providing support to the marketing team in implementing transformation initiatives, ensuring the program meets its deadlines, coordinating multiple workstreams, tracking progress against KPIs and preparing management updates This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for marketing, project management, and B2B industriesYour key duties and responsibilities include:

• Assist the overarching program management for the communication & marketing workstreams within the transformation program
• Maintain and update project plans, schedules, hiring status and budgets
• Monitor project progress and project KPI and prepare reports on a regular basis
• Drive further transformation of project teams towards an agile setup
• Facilitate and prepare project meetings and document meeting minutes and action items
• Plan and facilitate sprint planning, review and retrospective sessions
• Assist with resource allocation and management
• Ensure project risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated
• Identify areas of improvement in project processes and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate & communicate with stakeholders across various seniority levels and teams, including sales, marketing, and IT
• Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and available to all stakeholders

What you need to make real what matters

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or business-related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management or PMO support role
• Experience with change management and digital transformation projects, preferably in sales, marketing & communication
• Experience working as Scrum master in interdisciplinary project setups
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, data-driven mindset
• Proficient in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, JIRA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and spoken fluency in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
