The Program Manager will be responsible for Last Mile Payments function and will partner with a diverse set of stakeholders within Last Mile, Amazon Logistics and other Last Mile Partners.

A key responsibility will be to deliver payments with high degree of accuracy, timeliness and controllership, besides supporting the growth in businessThis role requires one to be a self-starter with strong business modeling skills, a keen attention to detail and good track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders This role has regular interaction with senior leadership and stakeholders across Amazon and requires strong verbal and written communication skills This will be an exciting career for you if you possess a high level of autonomy and integrity while managing a variety of job responsibilities A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team oriented, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines.

Some of the key job functions of the Program Manager are: Possesses a broad business and service partner payments background, and has the ability to 'roll up their sleeves' and jump in and drive resolution Comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes driving action items with teams outside of last mile payments space.

Responsible for publishing key metrics for payments and driving action items to meet payment team goals, feature adoption, on-time payments execution, and establishing new operational processes Is expected to set and improve payment policies and procedures, maintaining full compliance, implementing best practices Take lead in resolving time sensitive payment issues by working with various tech/operational partners.

This position will also act as an escalation point in resolving complex outstanding issues with internal and external business partners Expected to work on new country launches for FLEX and DSP program by working with Project manager, Tax team, Accounting and LMP tech to implement the new solutionsKey job responsibilities.

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
