Project Management Executive Job In Cse Solutions Private Limited In Ahmedabad

• Responsible to log the new order after reviewing it in terms of feasibility of executing it as committed during sales stage
• Responsible for Project Initiation till the project closure with clear key deliverables by project phases, and key benefits to the organization
• Manage and control the scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters with constant focus on ensuring business benefits are delivered
• Defining and tracking project milestones while developing, analyzing the risk, resource plan, contingency plan, and other project management deliverables
• Close monitoring and reporting of project progress to stake holders regularly for an overall integrated delivery plan
• Arranging the customer inspection of ready products / project material as per the contractual terms and getting the dispatch clearance from the involved the agencies
• Ensuring the Information of Risk Management and compliance related actions are completed as per the Project expectations
• Re-planning and re-forecasting for the changes in scope of projects
• Involved in the development of strategic plans for projects of high business complexity.
  
  
• Working with the Company Management in grooming and managing the project backlog
• Maintain Project history, create data bank & MIS reporting
• Formulating project parameters and coordinating internally with different divisions for the smooth and timely execution of the project
• Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and throughout the execution of the project
• Coordinating with the vendors to ensure smooth and timely execution of the project
• Cooperating and communicating with the company management and other project participants and collaborating with engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions

• A minimum of 1-3 years of related experience, or combination of education and experience.
  
  
• Should be familiar with the concepts of HV, LV, MV Electrical Power distribution and Control
• Should be familiar with Instrumentation Panels (Safe area as well as Purge/Flameproof Panels for Hazardous areas)
• Should know about PLC and Automation panels
• Ability to compose emails and general correspondence Ability to speak, write and read English
