Proposal Specialist Intern/associate Job In Techolution In Anywhere, India

This person will work closely with the deal/bid teams and other key stakeholders This role requires the ability to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and professional communications skills to interact and influence effectively team members at various organizational levelsRole: Proposal Writer - InternLocation: Remote WorkExperience: 06-1 YearEmployment Type: Permanent, Full-timeWork Shift: 2PM - 11PM IST (flexible)Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct, structured and organized proposal kick-off meetings that establishes the plan to develop the proposal and the responsibilities and expectations of all proposal authors/writers and contributors
• Plan, manage and lead the full lifecycle of proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
  
  
• Assist in developing a proposal development strategy that results in a high quality, compliant and compelling proposal that will score high and therefore have the best win probability
• Assist in creating detailed proposal plans, assign tasks to stakeholders and SMEs (subject matter experts) to ensure all deadlines are met
• Manage and be accountable for compliance and the timely submission of the proposal by managing and controlling all proposal activities against the proposal schedule and the RFP's requirements
• Use industry best practices to create compelling, compliant, and responsive winning proposals, work statements, proposal materials, storyboards, documentation, capability statements, and past performance qualifications
• Ensure all proposals are properly edited, well written in a 'single' voice and proofread.
  
  
• Use collaboration tools like MS SharePoint to manage the proposal process, assign tasks, communicate milestones, coordinate all stakeholders, negotiate compliance according to corporate policies, all while meeting customer deadlines
• Provide periodic status reports and performance dashboards to communicate to executives, sales management and sales executives
• Create proposal materials to support technical, management, past performance, and pricing proposal development effort

Qualifications

• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in any subject.
  
  
• A minimum of 06-1 year of proposal management/technical content writing experience
• Must have strong time management and prioritization skills
• Good decision-making
• Basic MS Office skills are required.
