Job Description' Review & monitoring RM Requirement plan and act on purchase requisition and ensure material connectivity as per production plan ' Floating Enquires/RFQ & getting quotation from vendors ' Comparing and evaluating offers received from suppliers, negotiating best contract terms of agreement and pricing ' Preparing Comparative Statement & getting approval from CMD for the same ' Preparing Purchase Order in ERP & get it approved from approval authority ' Send approved PO to vendor and follow up for timely delivery of material ' Establish and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and on time delivery ' Alternate potential vendor development for single sourced product ' Maintain RM Tracker ' Updating due date in supplier invoice in erp ' Follow up for Account Ledgers with vendors ' Follow with Account Team for timely vendor payments ' Ensure transporter bill booking ' Coordination with cross functional team for resolving issues and smooth functioning of purchase function.
