Purchase Executive Job In Young Tech Software Private Limited In Varanasi

• Good knowledge of MS Office specially excel and Google sheets;
• Basic knowledge of accounts and accounting software;
• Writing and communicating in English fluently
• Research potential vendors;
• To do market surveys (Online)and get quotation;
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers;
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing;
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery;
• Review quality of purchased products by getting the feedback from the production team;
• Preparing purchase orders;
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices;
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses;
• Providing support to the production team as and when required;
• Office time is 03:00 (after-noon) to 12:00 (mid-night) (Office time can be changed based on the requirement of the work);
• Youngtech office is situated nearby IP Mall-Sigra
