Job Description Main Responsibilities: 1 Responsible for P to P process 2 Chemical Estimation/Costing knowledge from mg scale to Ton level It includes, RM, Solvents, Reagents etc.

3 Vendor knowledge on Impurities, Custom Synthesis, Catalogue and Functional group derivatives 4 Knowledge on Biology related products/orders/Animal transactions/Kits etc 5.

Knowledge on Consumable orders 6 Vendor follow-up on On-time deliveries 7 Coordination with Store for GRN/Issue of 8.

Coordination with Finance on Invoice or Payment related discussion wherever required 9 Finalisation of Custom Synthesis vendors based on their capabilities 10 Regular follow-up with vendor for Custom synthesis orders & on-time deliveries.

11 Negotiation, Comparison of costs Other Responsibilities: 1 MIS- Responsible for the Analysis of Supply chain performance 2.

PPT/Excel: Using PPT or Excel file to present the MIS or Other Analysis result 3 Vendor Development: Identification of new/reliable vendors who is compatible for CRO business model Identification of Custom-synthesis vendors and capable to identify their core strength of business and adapt with us Vendors visit and audit the Facility.

4 Rate Contract: Should have intense knowledge on RC and implementation 5 Audit: Should have a knowledge on attending Supply Chain audit (both Internal/external) 6 Coupa: Software knowledge on COUPA is added advantage.
