Responsibilities: Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities Ensure that all QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents maintained by the contractor at site as well as precast yards Ensure effective implementation of all test and inspection schedule and ensure your adherence to all procedures and co-ordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes Issues the relevant quality records and, when necessary, write and send to quality control supervisor non conformance reports Check the concreting works, slump test and cubes preparation for the compressive test.

Ensure the correct implementation of the approved inspection test plan according to clients requirements Ensure the correct curing operations for casted structures Review all the products and non conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure the maintenance of optimal quality and review monthly reports to evaluate performances Ensure that contractor perform site internal and external site audits Report to the QA/QC manager, control and monitor all activities related to quality.
