R D Knowledge Management Digital/it Associate Manager Job In Pepsico In Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana, India

• This role will join the R&D GBS Knowledge Management team out of Hyderabad and support the organization in developing enhanced knowledge management capabilities by collecting and storing documentation (eg, project output and market research), cataloging knowledge, and sharing knowledge on a recurring basis with stakeholders
• The role will support the Research & Development (R&D) organization in PepsiCo only so the knowledge captured, shared, and retained will relate to our business lines of foods, food ingredients, nutrition, packaging, packaging materials, food processing and related equipment

• Collaborate with stakeholders across global R&D to support digital based knowledge management solutions which include web portal content management, wiki's SharePoint sites, and digital libraries.
  
  
• Own the digital technology tools for the KM Team leading pilots, identifying new tools for automating document creation, meta tagging of existing documents or enterprise-wide repository application
• Stay aware of trends and changes in large organization digital repositories pursue enhancing repository services through adoption of new technologies, linked data practices, and internal partnerships
• Manage stored content in central repository to help R&D find, share, and use information
• Manage access and permissions to Knowledge Center portal page and other digital platforms and portal pages
• Manage and configure access to external databases to internal Knowledge Center portal page working with external vendors and partners to ensure access (working with APIs) and updates of services (Examples include Starmind, Ebsco Discovery Service, Questel Orbit, etc).
  
  
• Manage internal Knowledge Center page (Ebsco Stacks) content, configuration, and updates
• Work with internal larger PepsiCo IT Services for support, ensure PepsiCo IT policies and databases conform to any internal requirements
• Expert in SharePoint as well as other digital knowledge capture platforms
• Own the dashboard development and reporting out of the teamwork through Power BI or other relevant analytical tool
• Be the connect to other on-site teams that are adjacent to Knowledge Management such as Digital Solutions Team.
  
  

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint (preferably SPFx, LiveTiles) and PowerApps (Flow, Automate, Power BI, etc)
• Experience in basic Web development
• Experience in migrating content from one application to another is beneficial
• Strong in security updates, web applications, database management, data mapping and experience in digital archives or library environment
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills
• Understanding of knowledge management, request management or content management, content curation, indexing, cataloging, digital libraries or repositories, and taxonomy development/controlled vocabulary (automated methods of document creation and meta tagging)
• Ability to manage time effectively across multiple priorities and projects to ensure requests are delivered in a timely manner
• Experience working in a large global CPG company, with understanding of the CPG/Food/Beverage performance outputs and measures or related industries such as Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and Life Sciences
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's degree required, computer sciences degree a plus
• 3-6 years of prior work experience in similar or related field
