Job Summary: The Technical Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements Duties/Responsibilities: Collaborate with Team Lead/Account Managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; review job descriptions for vacancies Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions Focus on sourcing quality resumes through headhunting, job portals, and networking sites Handling the full life cycle of contract/full-time IT recruitment process, end-to-end recruitment Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications as per clients' requirements.

Providing Qualitative Candidates to clients within the Stipulated Time Frame Lining up short-listed candidates for interview Coordinate with the shortlisted candidates and client relationship team Coordination with the candidates till onboarding Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace Performs other related duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: 06 Months-3 Years of IT Recruitment/Domestic Staffing experience (Contract to Hire) Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making skills.

Familiarity with the latest technologies Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree In the Technical/ General / Human resources field is a MUST Prior experience in technical roles a plus
