Regional Legal Manager Collections Support Job In Artemis Technologies In Hubli

Drive the team to Monitor and Co-ordinate for the legal cases filed on behalf and against the company for a specified geography covering 40 to 50 branches Represent on behalf of company, filing complainants, petitions and defend matters on behalf of the Company in Courts, initiate under section 138 of NI Acts and filing of criminal complainants against defaulters Supervise the Arbitration & Recovery Suits before Arbitration Tribunal, Civil Courts, DRT and Execution Proceedings of the Award / Decree / Order.

Attend police stations for defending critical complaint against the company or to file on behalf of the company either though intervention of courts or by negotiation with police officials Draft / suggest various types of notices for recovery of amounts from delinquent customers & replies / rejoinders for the notices received against the company Defending cases thereby Draft / Vetting the Applications, Affidavits, Written Statement / Counters, Written Argument etc in coordination with the advocates Supervise the co-ordination with advocates for smooth conduct of the cases, updating the MIS & regular meetings with other internal department of the company to discuss on the progress of the legal cases.

Visit / meeting with default customers for Negotiating Settlement and for Executing Court Orders Should have working knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel & Power Point

Should Be A Law Graduate With 12+ Years Of Experience. Specialized In The Field Of Collections Legal Activities For Banks / Nbfc / Hfc / Telecom, With Adequate Knowledge In Civil & Criminal Laws Such As Arbitration Act, Negotiable Instruments Act
