Job DescriptionUnderstanding of coal or Iron ore beneficiation operation New beneficiation project evaluation and execution Coal or iron ore beneficiation plant commissioning and/or process optimisation by implementing improvement ideasExperience of improving plant performance through systematic plant trials Work closely with plant in development and implementation Completion of R&D projects on timeDevelop research collaboration in this area and help other researchers Plant commissioning and/or process optimisation by implementing improvement ideasMass balance calculations/or P&ID drawingsExperience in beneficiation process Must have hands on experience in Flotation/Dewatering/Grinding Patents and Publications will be an advantageGood Knowledge of mathematical modelsPlant calculations/mass balance calculations/PFDLab scale and large-scale execution of research projectsManaging and handling of advanced research equipment's Collaboration with operation's people to support daily operationPlant commissioning and/or process optimisation by implementing improvement ideasCompletion of R&D projects on timeSkillsSkill
