Job DescriptionJob Description 1! One Rewards organization to enable us to become a more innovative, effective and proactive function, equipped to swiftly deliver end-to-end customer centric solutions, in the most efficient and coordinated way possible Your work in the Rewards Center of Expertise will be critical to help us deliver on the promise of building a more cohesive and integrated functionJob Purpose To lead the Rewards discipline within a complex organization To direct the implementation of global Rewards programs OR lead a specific global Rewards specialized activity To direct the implementation of global Rewards programs in the assigned countries across divisions.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:Provide inputs to the Rewards strategy, develop plans within the focus area and ensure its implementation across assigned region / division / business areas Provide counsel and strategic recommendations on Rewards program design, considering reputation, shareholder relations and compliance.

Lead the efficient implementation of Rewards processes, programs and initiatives across the region (ie: external market data gathering, benchmarking, GJFA) and ensure external competitiveness and internal fairnessSupport the organization's leadership and the P&O Executive Team to ensure that NTL compensation is effective and that the organization's talent agenda is realized.

Manage market data analyses and monitor trends in order to guarantee external competitiveness of pay Manage the development and delivery of training and consulting to the assigned organization on any Rewards-related programs and processes (eg, annual reviews, GJFA, benchmarking, benefits, global mobility).

Manage the preparation and finalization of Rewards investments plans and budgets Manage the correct and timely implementation of global Rewards policies (ie: role evaluation, International Assignments) and other relevant policies.

Oversee the management and development of Rewards teams Lead or initiate various Rewards projectsDesign and develop integrated Rewards/P&O analytics to support compensation decisions.

Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable) Diversity & Inclusion / EEO Minimum Requirements What you'll bring to the role:Minimum of 12+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits Experience in leading rewards function and working with high complexity teams & stakeholders.

Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and teams To help manage the Reward strategy and deliver for the country stakeholdersTrack record of attracting and developing talent and building high performing teamsExcellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and information to a range of audiences and stakeholders.
