• Sourcing Mortgage cases
• Develop relationship with channel Partner to get maximum business
• Have to build good relation with client get leads or cross sell our other product
• Maintain yield per expectation of senior management
• Active cross sell and penetration of Insurance product

• In-depth knowledge of Product and Policy
• Having Good Communication skill
• Having good negotiation skill
• Have and understood the market update and knowledge
• Having awareness and information about the competition
