Job Role: Identify and build leads for recruitment solutions for Assisted Search offerings Build a strong relationship with customers to get regular updates and requirements Understanding customers needs and share downloads with delivery teams Work with delivery managers and recruiters to ensure client deliverables are met Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and outcomes are achieved Build deep customer relationships and ensure best-in-class retention while creating upsell opportunities Represent foundit at various industry events & webinars Initiate and partake as needed in new initiatives for recruitment as necessary Adhere to and drive the contractual obligations, SLAs, KPIs and business-critical milestones Qualifications 2-8 yrs sales experience in selling talent solutions or recruitment consulting/staffing offerings Experience in selling recruitment solutions to Technology customers Thorough understanding of recruitment process of staffing industry Strong written and verbal/presentation skills Able to interpret data from a variety of internal and external source and predict trends, performance metrics etc Experience of selling solutions to GIC/GCCs (Optional) Having knowledge of Salesforce & Oorwin is a plusWhy should you join us If you dream to be a part of a growing Product Company that is going to change the way recruitment is being done today.
