Looking for SAP HCM Technical consultant with US/Canada/North America Payroll experienceSAP HCM Solution Consultant with 6+ years of Experience in SAP HCM implementation, support and upgrade projects Expertise in HCM module and Canada Payroll experience is mandatoryExperience includes 2 Full life cycle implementations from requirement workshop, business blueprint design, Realization, Testing, Go-live and post-production SupportExpertise on handling various complex integration from SAP to 3rd party and from 3rd party to SAP.
Preparing Business requirement document (BRD) based on the new requirement after discussion with Business expert users, preparing Functional Specification Document (FS) with detailed design for custom developments Co-coordinating with Technical team to understand the requirements, explaining requirements, preparing Functional Specification Document, preparing test cases, involved in end-to-end testing and defect solving Also managing Data modelling, Extraction, loading, reporting and automation of the data loading and report generation Preparing and executing test cases and test data for unit testing, Functional Unit testing and User acceptance testing Coordinating with users in end-to-end testing and defect solving.
Also handling Data modelling, Extraction, and data upload and report generation Should have good communication skills Preferred SAP HCM certified consultant
