• Act as consultant and subject matter expert for various development initiatives in SAP Advanced Planner and Optimizer / Integrated Business Planning and SAP PP-PI area maintaining digital technology and functional peer relationships across the organization.
  
  
• Deliver innovative planning solutions leveraging SAP ECC suite, APO, IBP and related technologies to meet requirements arising from programs, evolving regulatory environment and business development initiatives
• Support ongoing business operations resolving incidents and realizing continuous improvement opportunities Contribute to on-going SAP system vitality programs
• At all times adhere to GxP and IT QMS standards and deliver highest quality process design, functional requirements, configuration, testing and documentation
• Work closely with relevant business functions across all PDx global sites to maintain a detailed and current knowledge of their organization, processes, priorities and system needs.
  
  
• Assist SAP DevOps leadership team in planning by providing resource and development estimates

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise working in supply chain planning, manufacturing planning area leveraging SAP products, especially SAP APO/IBP and/or SAP PP-PI
• Working knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, manufacturing planning and scheduling on all appropriate levels
• Good understanding of key organizational structures and data elements in PP-PI area including resources, bill-of-materials, master recipes and batch records
• Understanding of key SAP planning strategies including 'make-to-order', 'make-to-stock' and 'planning with final assembly' preferably with pharmaceutical industry context
• Knowledge of data models and practical applications building SOP, MPS and MRP plans with key process and data dependencies.
  
  
• Knowledge of orders management including planned order creation, conversion to process order and end-to-end lifecycle management
• Business process analysis, business process design and implementation experience
• A relevant degree from University/College
• Excellent spoken and written English skills

Desired Characteristics:

• SAP ECC and/or SAP IBP/APO system configuration management related to supply chain planning, manufacturing planning and manufacturing execution.
  
  
• Understanding of key integration points for PP-PI module especially with relation to QM, MM, SD and CO modules
• Experience in SAP integrations leveraging different interfacing technologies and tools
• Experience working with network planning and multi-plant planning scenarios
• Experience working with other SAP ECC 60 modules especially SD, QM, MM, WM.
  
  
• Exposure to a validated system such as the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in 'STEM' Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) - or equivalent relevant qualification/experience
• Mid Senior professional experience in SAP Manufacturing and Planning area
