In this role, you will formulate effective coaching strategies to influence Seller behavior through coaching and reduce inventory related defects in our supply chain In this role, you will also work very closely with FBA Operations & Supply Chain team in Luxembourg to help the team drive various programs for improving overall experience of FBA SellersKey job responsibilities Collaborate with the central Product/Program Management team to drive seller adoption of our inventory programs Track seller adoption on a weekly basis and derive actionable insights from data.
Collaborate with Account Management network to develop and implement a Sellers feedback mechanism, this includes conducting interviews as part of our 'voice of seller' initiative Support our Account Management network providing the list of top eligible sellers by program, Communicating with stakeholders at multiple levels and dynamically enable business, product, engineering, and data analytics teams to define and deliver solutions Driving and providing business insights for deep dives in weekly and monthly business reviewsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and key partners for the program Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) Ability to roll up sleeves and operate as an individual contributor to get the job done at the same time be able to guide stakeholders toward an objective Proficient in excel.
2+ years or relevant professional experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years experience in content creation, marketing or other related role Ability to automate the repetitive tasks and standardize the process Experience in data analysis, SQL knowledge
