Finalization of Accounts
Preparation and finalization of accounts on yearly basis which includes preparation of all schedules forming part of financials, cash flow statements, notes to accounts and compliance of all statutory requirements for financial year end closing within the time lines provided by the management
Providing necessary information to statutory auditors and resolve queries raised by them during the course of audit
Statutory Compliance / Taxation
Coordinating with indirect and direct taxation department to provide information required by them for filling returns under the requirement of tax laws on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Ensuring correct and proper disclosure and providing details required for tax audit and completion of tax audit within the timelines
Develop and implement accounting procedures and policies ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements.
