Senior Admission Counselor Job In Continental Overseas Services In Delhi

Job description 1 Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities such as regarding Country, Course, Universities, and programme selection, and career planning 2 Advise students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for accommodation and preparing students for their studies in the overseas 3.

Ensure admission and visa procedures along with accommodation and travelling done within deadlines 4 Provide accurate information regarding the study abroad programs, courses, colleges and universities and countries like UK , Canada ,Germany,UK, (Rest of Europe) 5 Share in detail about the course for abroad Education ie for Diploma, Bachelor s, and Masters (all stream) 6 Stay updated about the various study abroad programs offered by College/universities and use the knowledge in helping students 7 Provide effective counselling to students & their parents when they walk-in to the office 8 Converting office walk-ins to enrolments 9 Effective follow-up on calls with prospective candidates for enrolment 10.

Help students with every detail from registration to fly to the host country 11 Train & hire new candidates 12 Generate leads through referrals & improve conversions on those leads Skill Requirements:Outstanding oral and written communication in English language 0-5 years of total experience and 1-3 years of outbound Tele-calling/ core sales/ student counseling experience Should have completed graduation/post-graduation Should have experience working on CRM Should have good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.

He/she should be adept in excel Should be a quick learner and should be able to multitask Assist with phone calls and emails from client Ensure that record keeping, and reporting requirements are maintained Understands meaning of good customer service Good interpersonal skills Keen to learn new skills within the team.
