Job DescriptionApplication Manager role in Risk Technology Platform help to oversee scrum and Development teamThey should be highly knowledgeable in Agile methodology and scrum and enforce the Agile practices in the teamIn addition this role expects the candidate to carry various PMO activities for Risk Technology Platform teamPrimary Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage Various scrum in Risk Technology Platform
- Sprint Backlog management
- Periodic update of Product Backlog
- Keeping track of the progress of Jira task/stories
- Facilitation of Story grooming session
- Jira dashboard creation and maintenance
- Weekly follow-up with team on periodic Jira updates
- Run reports at the end of sprint to track Jira updates and time log
- Issue/Bug creation in the absence of BA
- Maintain the monthly sprinting document
- Project management.
- Maintaining documents for Audit purpose
- 12-16 years of professional experience in a Scrum Master Role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required to liaise with the business, developers, QA, and operations
- Strong analytic, debugging, problem solving and collaborative skills
- Experience in financial/asset management industry is a added advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
