Our business analysts need to be able to go from high level analysis to deep diving into a specific process Essential Functions: aIn depth commercial understanding of the value chain and how it is applicable for companies in different industries bExtensive experience in process mapping c.

Understanding & Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies dProactively refine upstream solutions to avoid downstream business process and data issues e Work with the tech team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan f.

Being able to convert process requirements into functional solutions such as SaaS recommendations and automation gMonitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions hExperience with Business process automation (BPA) and /or Robot process automation (RPA) i.

Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills jKnowledge of proper requirements specification and development, such as API access, Zapier Integrations, Business Tools and management kUndertake post-implementation business support and troubleshoot and resolve systems issues l.

Understanding of Process flow diagrams, Unified Modeling Language and Rational Unified Process mThe ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis nReduce cycle time and improve throughput and delivery of the developers' team.
