Senior Executive Maintenance Job In Dropkaffe Food And Beverages Private Limited In Bengaluru / Bangalore

• Daily followup on Indent cycle and share report on daily basis
• Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Maintain store level equipment inventory data for visibility
• Share weekly reports on maintenance issues and current status
• Coordinate with stakeholders for maintenance related issues and escalate to vendors on time for early resolution
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
• Monitor equipment inventory and escalate to respective stakeholder for placing orders when necessary
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with

• Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Data Analysis & Record keeping

• Proactive approach
• Experience of working in F&B industry is a MUST
