DescriptionThe Senior Supply Chain Services Advisor is responsible for providing remote (e-mail, telephone etc) support services offering advice that follows established Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes and procedures to functional areas Spanning activities such as catalogue administration data verifications analysing failures and routing them accordingly for resolution and other SCM transactions using Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems and toolsTypically reports to the Supply Chain Services Manager.

Good understanding of procedures and concepts of end-to-end Supply Chain processes Delivers assigned activities related to end-to-end Supply Chain processes, accurately and performed according to SLAs Assists in running data control processes Exchanges ideas and information in a concise and logical way and provides a transactional service to the relevant stakeholder/s, based on written SCM policies and processes Provides consistent advice for certain SCM processes accurately and timely, adheres to defined administration processes and ensures SCM databases/systems/tools are updated correctly.
