• Job Responsibilities : 1 Maintain the network by availability of network elements in Jiocenters2 Analyze network availability gap and take actions3 Conduct drive test and on the basis of analysis, create the actionplan4 Ascertain timely delivery of material at sites5.
  
  Check key network performance indicators and take corrective measures6 Conduct acceptance tests and quality audits on regular basis7 Lead and supervise field engineers to ensure desired productivity8 Identify vulnerable operational fiber routes9 Ensure data accuracy and synchronization across all systems / tools10.
  
  Coordinate with vendors for timely deployment of network elements11 Carry out periodic site surveys for new sites and capacity expansion12 Alarm closure for network elements by coordinating with relevantstakeholders13 Coordinate with maintenance points and field repair technicians toensure network up-time14 Validate & ensure timely closure of open actions against troubletickets received from Network Operations Center15.
  
  Release Fiber-to-the-Home desktop plan and carry out joint fieldsurvey to verify route, equipment and structure16 Release final design for construction in compliance to engineeringand business guidelines17 Release capacity augmentation and change request plan as required tocontinue execution
