Job Details
Roles and Responsibilities Sourcing, Screening, Recruiting and Onboarding the required Staff for the Organisation -Managing Performance, Appraisals, Incentives, KPIs etc regularly -Soft Skills Training and Development -Managing Legal Compliances.
-Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them -Handle Employees Grievances and Complains and settle those amicably -Deal with the Budgeting, Policy Formulation for the organization -Handle Salary, Allowances and Incentives of the Employees -Hiring Sales Staff across the country -Setting up KRA's (Key Responsibility Area) for all departments
