Senior Information Security Analyst Job In The Wells Fargo Foundation In Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana, India

• Responsibilities include:
• Provide daily monitoring of IAM events, privileged accounts and service account activities across the Wells Fargo Technology IaaS, PaaS and SaaS hosted on Azure and GCP cloud service environments
• Establish risk-based approach playbook procedures to triage, analyze and respond to security alerts
• Develop KPI/KRI reports for compliance and Senior Management review and demonstrate control sustainment
• Enforce Wells Fargo privileged and service account access security policies, standards, and risk controls
• Escalation of anomalous alerts related to service account, privileged accounts, user activities that don't align with Wells Fargo controls or industry best practices and initiate corrective action to manage risk
• Assist in improving processes, identify efficiencies and recommend automation opportunities/ enhancements to improve response times and service level delivery
• Collaboration with multiple Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders including application teams, infrastructure teams, content development teams etc to improve alerting capabilities to drive risk reduction across the Wells Fargo enterprise
• Maintains a broad awareness of the state of cyber security across the enterprise and industry and influences change to information security policy, standards, and procedures for systems/applications/tools.
  
  
• Participate in internal audit, compliance and oversight activities related to monitoring activities
• Create and maintain documentation including procedures, workflows, and processes
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
• Required Qualifications
• BE or B Tech or equivalent degree in Technology
• 7+ years of Cyber security monitoring in the areas of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Application security, network security and Infrastructure security
• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain operations and monitoring of events related to authentication, authorization, provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access control, reconciliation, access certification, privileged account management
• 3+ years of experience in cloud security monitoring products such as Azure Sentinel, Azure Monitor, Google command center, PRISMA etc.
  
  
• Hands-on experience in reviewing and monitoring alerts through Security Orchestration Automation Remediation (SOAR) platform/products such as Cortex, Sentinel, Splunk Security etc
• Desired Qualifications
• Knowledge on financial services Cybersecurity risk management frameworks such as NIST, MITRE, Cloud security etc
• Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding HIPAA, PCI, GLBA, SOX, and SAS70
• Knowledge of privileged access management and best practices to secure privileged accounts on cloud platform
• Knowledge of AI/ML security analytics products such as Gurucul Risk Analytics, Ture fort Fortress
• Knowledge of Identity data analytics, privileged threat analytics and Machine Learning algorithms, models to detect insider threats and privileged access risks
• Certification in ITIL concepts and task management tools/systems
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience working in a large enterprise environment
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Knowledge and understanding of technical documentation
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
• Ability to take an active role in the education, mentoring and training of less experienced team members
• Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
• Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
