About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant in PC Life Cycle Management (PCLM) team responsible for leadership in IT Asset Management, Hardware Lifecycle of End user Assets & execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity and risk across India & Philippines Act as Lead for tools & Data & other process initiatives for IT Asset Management function & Leads initiatives through interactions with cross-functional business partners Provides leadership in the integration /implementation of programs/services/initiatives with cross-functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary Works with functional management to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo strategy /policies and business line objectives Develops Metrics and tracks/evaluates services and initiatives.

Ensures plans/programs adhere to Organizational policiesIn this role, you will:Act as Lead for PCLM Tech & Business Initiatives, Tools, Data, Integration & Reporting)
  • Lead & act as an interface for all initiatives in PCLM Function which includes oversight & tracking progress until completion
  • Responsible for IT Asset forecasts, managing demand & supply with-out any business impact
  • Work closely with Finance & SEZ controllership teams and act as SPOC for all IT Asset Management activities
  • Drive & implement programs to establish robust tools & obtain accurate data from Asset Management DB and Systems.

  • Integrate in-region Processes, Tools and source systems with Enterprise standard Applications for seamless flow of data
  • Lead Service Now implementation for all IT Asset Management Services
  • Conduct Operations reviews with Site Managers weekly to identify emerging Risks, alarming trends and resolve any challenges
  • Devise Programs for continuous improvement, automation opportunities for human-intensive tasks & eliminate operational risks caused by human-errors
  • Continuously evaluate and introduce Controls where required & monitor the performance of the processes.

  • Conduct periodical connects/reviews with Control & Risk partners to review progress on outstanding issues & control failures
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Vendors, Finance, Payroll, Facilities/Admin, Security
  • Build effective partnerships with all stakeholders and engage in cross functional programs to represent PCLM function
  • Oversee & ensure effectives of Store Management, Disposal procedures, identify any non-compliance/non-adherence
  • Manage initiatives independently including defining approaches, deliverables, communication plans, and driving progress
  • Act as Lead for tools & Data for IT Asset Management function working with Tools Tech support and Vendor to track the issues, bugs until resolution.

  • Create checks to identify data anomalies and ensure data sanity in the tools being used for IT Asset Management
  • Independently manage process improvement initiatives to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiencies with little or no supervision
  • Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple initiatives
  • Assist in defining Scope of work and objectives, involving all relevant internal Stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Manage changes to the scope, schedule, and costs using several verification techniques.

Essential Qualifications:
  • University degree in Business or related discipline
  • 12+ years of experience in Leading initiatives, working on data sets, tools and data integration & automation
  • Leadership Experience in leading programs & ability to influence & achieve the desired outcome
  • Strong IT Asset Management - Hardware background and experience working on larger environments
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking ability.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
  • Strong Knowledge on Configuration Items & Asset Management DB
  • Ability to understand the DB table structures, data flow, Workflows in Asset Management Application
  • Ability to identify the cause of the issue & work with Tech teams to resolve tool issues
  • Ability to assimilate data, process high volume of asset records, perform data reconciliation
  • Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Effective presentation, Strong verbal/ written communication skills in English

  • Experience in Power BI & tool/data integrations
  • Experience in Data Analysis
  • Experience in Service Now implementation on Service Management & Asset Management DB
