Role involves assisting the senior team members in industry/target research, financial modelling, due diligence, preparation of board decks, assisting in term sheet/definitive documents and end-to-end M&A transaction

Financial analysis, Financial Modelling for M&A and fund raising, Valuation Analysis (DCF, Transaction Comps, Comparable Companies)

Assist in due diligence, research, documentation of transactions Personal Profile Education

CFA/CA/MBA (Finance) Skills

Good knowledge of MS Office Experience in Financial Modelling

Knowledge of Bloomberg preferable

EducationWork ExperienceRelevant Experience :

0-3 years' experience in Investment banking/M&A teams of corporates/Big 4s/Global KPOs Job Responsibility SN.

Preparation of presentations on transaction analysis, valuation summaries

Building financial models, valuation analysis

Assist in due diligence, regulatory or transaction research, documentation of transactions

Preparation of board presentations for approval of transactions
