Role involves assisting the senior team members in industry/target research, financial modelling, due diligence, preparation of board decks, assisting in term sheet/definitive documents and end-to-end M&A transaction Unique opportunity to be part of the US$ 34Bn Tata Motors M&A team Dimensions of the position Analysis and evaluation of potential transaction opportunities Financial analysis, Financial Modelling for M&A and fund raising, Valuation Analysis (DCF, Transaction Comps, Comparable Companies)Assist in due diligence, research, documentation of transactions Personal Profile Education CFA/CA/MBA (Finance) Skills Good knowledge of MS Office Experience in Financial Modelling Knowledge of Bloomberg preferable EducationWork ExperienceRelevant Experience :0-3 years' experience in Investment banking/M&A teams of corporates/Big 4s/Global KPOs Job Responsibility SN.
