7+ years of experience in software business analysis experience Consulting experience preferred Demonstrate an understanding of and analytical skills for a given system End to End Salesforce Certified/Extensive Salesforce Knowledge is a plus Excels at requirements facilitation/comfortable presenting in front of stakeholder groups Extensive experience gathering requirements and developing mockups/detailed designs Excellent oral and written communications skills Experience in data analysis including detailed mapping exercises Skilled in SQL and Excel Works well under pressure and can quickly learn the business and processes Energetic personality Works independently and detailed oriented Experience/Working knowledge of the Agile Methodology Duties & Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and development teams to gather, document and validate requirements Ensure development and QA teams understand requirements prior to development Answer questions and support team throughout development and testing Have a complete understanding of the business and processes in order to support business and training teams Create and manage user story in an agile development tool Provides guidance and advice to other BA colleagues Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of Salesforce Platform Manage schedule, risks, dependencies, releases and communications
