About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Strategy & Planning ConsultantIn this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Strategy & Planning
- Contribute to large scale planning related to Strategy & Planning
- Identify, gather, and analyze appropriate reports/data and drive the insights that inform strategic recommendation
- Understand business problem- translate it into research problem and give back the business solution to partner
- Ability to lead through ambiguity, define and deconstruct problems, connect the dots, and anticipate end-to-end project needs
- Story boarding (ppt reporting) to answer business and research objectives Write takeaways and insights on analyzed data
- Ability to effectively lead, partner with and successfully influence senior executives and other stakeholders at all levels across the matrix organization
- Understand bigger picture and broader interconnectivity and impact to the line of business and enterprises
- Build industry expertise by attending knowledge sessions, database trainings and seminars
- Independently lead project engagements in collaboration with leadership
- Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor
Required Qualifications, International:
- Experience in Strategy and Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
