About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Strategy & Planning ConsultantIn this role, you will:

• Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Strategy & Planning
• Contribute to large scale planning related to Strategy & Planning
• Identify, gather, and analyze appropriate reports/data and drive the insights that inform strategic recommendation
• Understand business problem- translate it into research problem and give back the business solution to partner
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, define and deconstruct problems, connect the dots, and anticipate end-to-end project needs
• Story boarding (ppt reporting) to answer business and research objectives Write takeaways and insights on analyzed data
• Ability to effectively lead, partner with and successfully influence senior executives and other stakeholders at all levels across the matrix organization
• Understand bigger picture and broader interconnectivity and impact to the line of business and enterprises
• Build industry expertise by attending knowledge sessions, database trainings and seminars
• Independently lead project engagements in collaboration with leadership
• Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor

Required Qualifications, International:

• Experience in Strategy and Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
